In these Terms and Conditions, the following defined terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "777rc" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at 777rc.org and all associated services, applications, and features offered thereunder.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who has registered an account on 777rc or who accesses the Platform for any purpose.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the 777rc Platform, through which the Player accesses gaming and betting services.
• "PKR" / "Rupees" means Pakistani Rupees, being the functional currency of the 777rc Platform for all deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals.
• "Balance" means the total real-money PKR funds held in a Player's 777rc Account at any given time, exclusive of bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free spins, or other incentive awards credited to a Player's account subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Services" means the full range of gaming, betting, promotional, and account management features made available through 777rc.
• "Applicable Law" means all laws, regulations, regulatory requirements, and codes of practice applicable to the operation of online gaming services under the licensing jurisdiction governing 777rc.

2.1 Age Requirement

Use of 777rc is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account or using any 777rc Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. 777rc reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, and to suspend or permanently close any account where the minimum age requirement cannot be satisfactorily verified.

2.2 Registration Requirements

To open a 777rc Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to keep this information current and to update it promptly through your account settings or by contacting 777rc support if any information changes.

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each individual may register and hold only one 777rc Account. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal information — is strictly prohibited. Where 777rc identifies duplicate accounts, it reserves the right to close all such accounts, cancel any pending transactions, and forfeit any balances or bonuses associated with them without liability.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777rc login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person and must notify 777rc immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. 777rc will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

As a registered 777rc Player, you accept the following responsibilities with respect to your account:

• You will only use your 777rc Account for personal, recreational betting and gaming activity and not for any commercial or business purpose.
• You will not permit any other individual to access or use your 777rc Account on your behalf, and you accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account credentials.

• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in relation to your use of the 777rc Platform.

777rc reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at its sole discretion where it reasonably believes that the Player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where closure is required to comply with Applicable Law or regulatory obligations.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

777rc supports deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Habib Bank Limited (HBL) online transfer, United Bank Limited (UBL) online transfer, Meezan Bank online transfer, Visa debit and credit cards, and Mastercard debit and credit cards. Additional methods may be added or removed at 777rc's discretion from time to time.

4.2 Minimum Transactions

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the Cashier section of your 777rc account dashboard and may vary by payment method. These minimums are subject to change and players are advised to check the Cashier for current limits before initiating a transaction.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted to 777rc are processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to completion of any applicable verification or KYC requirements. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically received within minutes of processing. Bank transfer withdrawals may take additional processing time depending on the receiving bank.

4.4 Verification Requirements

777rc is required by its international gaming license obligations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) verification procedures. Players may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and source of funds documentation before withdrawals can be processed. 777rc reserves the right to delay withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of such verification.

4.5 Currency

All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals at 777rc are denominated and processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Where a Player's payment method charges foreign exchange fees or currency conversion costs, those charges are the Player's own responsibility and are independent of 777rc's operations.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, promotional credits, cashback offers, and other incentive awards made available by 777rc are subject to these general bonus terms and to any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered. Where a conflict exists between specific promotion terms and these general terms, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to a 777rc account are subject to wagering requirements, which represent the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before the bonus (and any winnings derived therefrom) becomes eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion will be clearly stated at the time of the offer. Contribution rates towards wagering requirements vary by game type — live casino table games typically contribute at a lower rate than slot games.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements are subject to an expiry period from the date the bonus is credited. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them that remain in a player's account after the expiry period will be forfeited automatically. Players are responsible for monitoring their bonus expiry dates through the account Promotions section.

5.4 Abuse of Promotions

777rc reserves the right to refuse, revoke, or reclaim any bonus or promotional credit where it reasonably determines that a player has abused the promotion system. Abuse includes but is not limited to: the use of multiple accounts to claim a single promotion, professional bonus arbitrage activity, and wagering patterns designed to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk (commonly known as "bonus farming").

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on 777rc — including cricket, baseball, football, and other sports markets — are subject to the specific betting rules for each sport as published within the Sports Betting section of the platform. In the event of any dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, 777rc will refer to the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. All bets are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled or amended after placement.

6.2 Casino Games

All casino games offered through 777rc — including live dealer games, slot machines, and table games — operate in accordance with published rules and independently verified Return to Player (RTP) percentages. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or by real physical dealing and spinning in live dealer studios. 777rc does not manipulate game outcomes and is independently audited to verify this.

6.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during a gaming session, 777rc will make reasonable efforts to resolve the situation fairly. Where a game result cannot be verified due to a technical fault, 777rc reserves the right to void the relevant round and return the wager to the Player's balance. Any winnings generated during a demonstrable software malfunction may be voided.

6.4 Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all 777rc games and are displayed within each game interface. 777rc reserves the right to impose individual account bet limits at its discretion, including where such limits are required by its responsible gaming commitments or regulatory obligations.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777rc Platform. Engagement in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Fraud and Deception: Providing false personal information, impersonating another person, using stolen payment details, or any other form of fraudulent conduct in connection with a 777rc account or transaction.
• Money Laundering: Using 777rc deposit and withdrawal facilities for the purpose of concealing, transferring, or legitimising funds derived from criminal activity, in contravention of applicable anti-money laundering legislation.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 777rc Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, publish, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any 777rc content without prior written authorisation from 777rc.

The 777rc name, logo, and all associated brand marks are registered or unregistered trademarks of 777rc. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, 777rc shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, loss of revenue, or loss of gaming opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.

777rc's aggregate liability to any individual Player for direct damages arising from any cause, regardless of the form of action, shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by that Player to their 777rc account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 777rc's liability for death or personal injury resulting from its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11.1 Internal Complaints Process

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the 777rc Platform or your account, you should contact the 777rc customer support team in the first instance via the 24/7 live chat facility. 777rc will acknowledge your complaint promptly and will endeavour to resolve it within 5 business days of receipt.

11.2 Escalation

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal complaints process, you may escalate your complaint in writing to the 777rc compliance team by emailing [email protected] with full details of your complaint and the resolution you are seeking. Escalated complaints will be reviewed and responded to within 14 days of receipt.

11.3 Dispute Resolution

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, 777rc will cooperate with any dispute resolution process available under the terms of its international gaming license. Players agree that the dispute resolution mechanism provided under the applicable gaming license regulatory framework shall be the primary avenue for resolving disputes that cannot be settled internally.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777rc holds its international gaming license.

The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter, except to the extent that regulatory dispute resolution mechanisms provide an alternative forum as described in Section 11 above.

777rc reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 777rc will notify registered players by email to the address registered on their account or by a prominent in-platform notification at the time of the next login following the update.

The updated Terms will be published on the 777rc website with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the 777rc Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account by contacting customer support.
